Resisted GHjt extension in stand

Stand up straight facing a post.
Attach one end of a resistance band firmly to the post, and hold the other end in your affected hand.
Tension the band so that your arm is held out in front of you.
Keeping your shoulder blades back and down, pull your arm directly backwards against the resistance of the band.
Ensure you keep your elbow straight throughout this movement.
Control the movement as you return your arm to the starting position.
