Resisted hip flexion in sitting (adaptive) - sound leg

Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Place a resistance band around your thighs just above your knees.
Remaining upright, lift the knee of your sound leg up towards your chest.
In a controlled manner, lower your leg back to the starting position.
