Resisted Knee Extension with Exercise Band

Sit on the edge of a table or chair with an exercise band fixed securely.
Place the exercise band around your ankle.
Place a rolled towel under your thigh and a small towel on your ankle under the exercise band. Slowly straighten your knee against the resistance of the band.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
