Resisted lateral raise with residual limb (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Attach one end of a resistance band to your residual limb securely.
Stand on the band to anchor it to the floor, with your feet a hips-width apart.
When ready, raise your arm to your side to shoulder height.
Keep your elbow soft and your back long.
Lower your arm back to the start position in a controlled manner.
Ensure you maintain your balance throughout the exercise.
