Resisted Mountain Climber with a Mini Band

Start on your hands and toes.
A mini band is around both feet and arms straight and hands under shoulders.
Body is in a straight line.
Slightly push upper back upwards to lengthen your arms.
Bend one leg and bring the knee towards your chest against the resistance from the band.
Keep the hip of the other leg straight.
Straighten the leg back and repeat with the other side.
