Resisted Partial Knee Extension in Sitting

Start in sitting with an exercise band secured behind you and the other end around your ankle or foot. Your knee is bent to 90 degrees.

Slightly lift your leg off the floor and straighten the knee approximately 45 degrees. In a controlled manner let your knee bend back to starting position.

Required equipment: Stool, Resistance band
