Resisted quads in supine

Lie on your back with a resistance band around the foot of your affected leg.
Hold the ends of the band in both hands whilst you lie back and bend this knee in towards your chest.
Keeping you hands anchored and tension in the band, push your heel away from you, straightening the leg against the resistance of the band.
