Resisted shoulder shrug in standing - arms abducted

Stand holding the ends of a resistance band in each hand, with your arms straight by your sides and the middle of the band under your feet.
Lift your arms slightly out to the side to approximately 30 degrees, ensuring there is tension in the band.
This is your starting position.
Keeping your arms still and your neck long, shrug your shoulders up towards your ears.
Control the movement against the pull of the band as you lower your shoulders back down, then repeat.
