Resisted wrist radial deviation - slow eccentric phase

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist hanging over the edge and your palm facing in.
Wrap the band around your hand, holding then ends taut but not stretched.
You can either hold the ends, or place them under your foot.
Bend the wrist towards the ceiling, pulling against the resistance of the band.
Ensure you keep your forearm in contact with the table.
Control the movement as you lower your hand back down to the starting position.
