Reverse Row

Lie on your back under a low bar and hold on to it with straight arms. Lift your upper body and buttocks off the floor and straighten your body into a straight line.

Bring your shoulder blades in and shoulders down and pull your chest towards the bar, keeping your body in a straight line. In a controlled manner straighten your elbows and lower yourself back to the starting position.

Note: Keep your chin tucked in and shoulders down.
