Scapula setting - Version 2

Stand in a relaxed position with your arms hanging by your sides.
Take a second to visualise your shoulder blades in your upper back.
When ready draw your shoulder blades slightly back and down as if moving them towards your opposite back pockets.
The movement and effort should be small for this exercise.
Hold for a moment and then relax.
