Scapular stability, ball on table

Stand up straight in front of a table and place a ball on the table.
Lean firmly on to the ball with your affected arm, through the heel of your hand.
Your elbow should be straight, but not locked.
Press through the heel of your hand, pushing down into the ball.
Keep your neck long and your shoulder blades down throughout.
