Scapular protraction/retraction BA, arms straight

Stand up straight facing the poolside.
Hold onto the pool side with both of your hands.
Step your feet backwards to a distance instructed by your therapist.
Keeping your elbows straight, lean onto your hands and pinch your shoulder blades together.
Push them apart, ensuring your keep your arms straight.
Do not hunch your shoulders up during this exercise.
