Seated active-assisted knee flexion - version 2

Sit with your back against a wall and legs stretched out in front of you.
Slide one foot along the floor bending your knee up towards your chest.
Use your hands on your shin to pull your leg in further at the end.
Hold, then let go to extend the leg out.
