Seated alternating single arm row on machine

Sit upright on a seated row machine.
Adjust the handles are level with your shoulders.
Adjust the chest pad to allow you to reach the handles comfortably.
Choose a suitable hand grip.
Pull one handle until your elbows are just past your sides.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
