Seated small arm circles - forwards

Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Lift your arms to the sides, keeping your elbows straight.
Begin drawing small circles in the air with your hands, moving arms down and back, then up and forward.
Vary the circle size from a golf ball to a tennis ball, and adjust the speed as advised by your practitioner.
