Seated cervical flexion and extension

Start by sitting with your neck and shoulders relaxed.

Bring the chin towards your chest and look downwards. Slowly return to the center.
Continue to lift your chin upwards and look towards the ceiling. Then return to the starting position.

This main purpose of this exercise is to activate the vestibular system/balance organs in your ears and improve your balance. In addition, moving your head relaxes your neck and shoulder area and improves mobility in your neck.
