Seated chest opener - Version 1

Sit with your feet flat on the floor and with your arms relaxed on your lap.
Perform some relaxed breaths.
When ready, take a deep breath in and bring your arms out to your sides.
Keep your elbows slightly bent, turn your palms outwards and widen your chest.
Return to the starting position as you breathe out.
