Seated chest supported single-arm dumbbell row
Sit on an incline bench holding a dumbbell in one hand.
Lean forwards to lie face down with your head supported and let the dumbbell hang towards the floor.
Then slide your shoulder blade towards your spine and down towards your buttock and bring your elbow backwards.
The dumbbell should end up to the side of your rib cage.
Lower the weight back to the starting position and repeat.
