Seated glute stretch - hip external rotation without prosthesis (adaptive - BKA)

Sit in a chair with the foot of your sound leg flat on the floor.
Place the end of your residual limb onto the knee of your sound limb and let your knee fall outwards.
Apply gentle downward pressure to the knee and lean forward from your hips.
Hold the stretch for a moment and then relax.
