Seated hip internal rotation - without prosthesis (adaptive - BKA)
Sit in a chair with your knees bent to 90 and without your prosthesis.
Keep both buttocks in contact with the chair, knees bent and pointing forwards.
Turn your thigh inwards from your hip so that your stump lifts and points to the outer side.
Then return to the starting position, and repeat.
