Seated hip lateral rotation

Sit high enough for your feet to dangle.
You can also use firm pillows on seat of chair or high stool.
Contract your buttock muscles and gently rotate your thigh so your lower leg moves inward. Keep your thigh relaxed on the table as you perform the movement.
