Seated Scapula Push Up (on floor)

Sit on the floor with knees bent. Place your hands on the floor behind your back, fingers pointing forward. Extend your elbows and lift your bottom off the floor.

Keeping your arms straight, lower your pelvis near the floor, allowing your shoulders to raise near your ears. Then press through your hands on the floor, push your shoulders down and lift your pelvis off the floor.
