Seated Shoulder Press with Dumbbells v1

Sit in a bench with slightly inclined backrest holding dumbbells at shoulder level, with your palms facing forwards.

Press the dumbbells straight up, with your elbows pointing to the side. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder level in a controlled manner.
