Seated stabilisation with dynamic resistance

You'll need a partner for this exercise.
Start by sitting on the edge of the bed or a chair without a backrest.
Hold one end of a resistance band above your head.
Your aim is to remain sitting upright throughout the exercise.
Your partner will pull on the other end of the band moving around you in a circle.
Your will need to adjust to the different direction of pull and remain sitting upright.

Required equipment: Assistant, Resistance band, Chair
