Seated tricep extension with prosthetic limb (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)
Attach a dumbbell to your prosthetic limb.
Consider using an adapted grip with your prosthetic or a wrist wrap to ensure the dumbbell is secure.
Sit on a bench.
Point your elbow towards the ceiling with the weight behind you.
When ready, straighten your elbow by lifting the weight toward the ceiling.
Control the movement back down to the start position.
