Seated Trunk Flexion with Rotation (Left/Right)
Sit on a chair keeping your legs bent and apart, feet flat on the floor. Clasp your hands behind your neck. Bend your upper trunk flat forward to the horizontal position. Then, straighten back up slightly, before alternately turning left then right.
