Seated Trunk Rotation Stretch


Sit on a chair and place one hand on the front of the opposite shoulder. Lengthen your spine gently through the sitting bones to the top of your head.

Reach the other arm diagonally upwards and backwards allowing your upper body and head to follow the movement. Feel the opening of your chest. Hold while breathing evenly. Return to the starting position.
