Seated upright row with breathlessness management technique
Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand straight down by your sides.
Breathe in.
Breath out through your mouth as you lift your elbows up and take the dumbbells towards your chin.
Keep your shoulders down as you do this.
Hold briefly before breathing in and returning to the start position.
