Self massage to peroneal tendons (lateral ankle)

Sit up straight with your legs rested in front of you.
Pull the leg of your targeted foot in towards you, and apply some cream to the outside of your ankle, behind your ankle bone.
With some gentle pressure, rub your finger tips up and down the space between your ankle and your achilles tendon, curving underneath your ankle bone a little.
