Short-lever shoulder flexion and shoulder press in sitting with water bottle
Sit in a chair with your arms by your sides holding a water bottle in one hand.
Start with your elbow bent to 90 degrees.
Keep your elbow bent and lift your arm forwards to shoulder level.
Then press the water bottle up over your head to straight arm.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat.
