Shoulder abduction drag assisted (unilateral), (level 1), with assist, supine

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand on your other side with their hands around your pelvis.
Relax into the water, keeping your back straight.
Your assistant will then quickly drag you through the water by pivoting 180 degrees on the spot.
Allow the water resistance to stretch your arm out to your side towards your head.
