Shoulder abduction in scapular plane strengthening, with assist, standing
Start in standing and lift your arm at a 45 degree angle in front of you.
Ask your assistant to apply resistance against your wrist while stabilizing at your shoulder.
Lift your arm slightly higher towards your shoulder while keeping it at a 45 degree angle
Again, ask your assistant to apply resistance against your wrist while stabilizing at your shoulder.
Repeat this as you bring your shoulder higher.
