Shoulder abduction strengthening with cable (low position), on wobble boards

Ensure the pulley is at the lower position with the handle attached.
Stand side on to the machine, with your outer hand grasping the handle.
Stand straddling two wobble boards, with your feet placed in the middle of each of them.
Keeping a good posture raise your arm out sideways to shoulder level until your arms are at 90 degrees.
Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
