Shoulder external rotation in sitting - resisted

Sit with your arms by your sides and elbows bent to 90 degrees holding a resistance band.
Keep the elbows tucked into your sides.
Keeping your other hand still turn your affected side hand outwards away from your body.
Hold for a moment and return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
