Shoulder external rotation strengthening, arm out to side 90/90, prone

Lie on your tummy with your symptomatic arm over the edge of the bed.
Bend your elbow, lifting the arm up towards the ceiling.
Keeping your elbow at 90 degrees, rotate the forearm up and down, bring your shoulder back to the starting position.
