Shoulder flexion with cuff activation – elbows bent (wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Loop a resistance band around your hands under tension and keep you elbows bent.
Raise your hands above your head with your palms facing towards one another.
Keep the tension on the band as you return to the start position.
Repeat.
