Shoulder flexion with elbow bent - open hand

Start by standing with your arms by your sides.
Bend one elbow so that your hand points towards the ceiling.
Lift your hand up in front of you as high as is comfortable for you.
As you lift your hand, straighten your fingers as much as you are able.
Return to the starting position and relax your hand.
