Shoulder flexion with external rotation against a wall
Stand sideways close to a wall and bend your elbow on the side of the wall.
Place a small towel or a plastic bag between the back of your hand and the wall.
Apply gentle pressure against the wall with the back of your hand.
When ready, simultaneously slide your hand upwards maintaining the gentle pressure as you take a step forward with either leg.
Return to the starting position.
