Shoulder flexion with trunk rotation and lateral flexion at a table
Sit at a table. Clasp your hands. If needed, put a small towel under your hands to ease the movement.
Push your hands forward as far as you can. In this position, rotate your upper body from side to side. Turn your head and push the back of your hand against the table along with the movement. If you can, also push the arm and the fingers straight against the table.
