Shoulder flexion with weight standing (shoulder height)

Stand with your legs hip width apart, and your knees slightly bent.
Make sure your shoulder is relaxed.
Keeping your elbow straight, lift your arm forward and up until it is in line with your shoulder.
Ensure you do not hunch your shoulder or lean your body as you do this.
Control the movement as you lower back down.
