Shoulder Press with Dumbbells (Seated)

Sit up straight holding dumbbells in both hands. Bend your elbows and lift the dumbbells to shoulder level, with your elbows pointing forward.

Press the dumbbells straight up. Return the dumbbells back to shoulder level.
