Shoulder rolls with weights (forwards) (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Allow your arms to rest on either side of your wheels with a dumbbell in each hand.
When ready, pull your shoulders back and then shrug them towards your ears and then roll them forwards and down to return to the start position.
Repeat.
