Shoulder scaption with dumbbell (empty can)
Sit upright in a chair with feet flat on the floor.
Hold a dumbbell in your affected arm.
Rotate your arm so your thumb points downwards.
Bring your arm out to a 45 degree angle, then lift your arm up until it is parallel with the ground.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position.
