Shoulder wall angels

Stand upright with your back against the wall.
Raise your arms up, with elbows bent, so that your upper arm is parallel with the ground.
The back of your arms shoulder be touching the wall throughout this exercise.
Slowly slide your arms up, straightening out your elbows, until your arms are overhead.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position and then repeat.
