Side lying thoracic rotations L1

Lie on your side with the bottom leg straight and the top leg bent.
You can rest your top leg onto a folded towel.
Stretch your bottom arm out in front of you as far as you can.
Place the hand of your top arm on the opposite shoulder, and rotate your body backwards, stretching throughout your spine.
