Side plank with row

Attach one end of a resistance band to knee height or ask a partner to hold it.
Lie on your side, with your feet stacked, legs straight, and upper body propped up on your elbow.
Hold the other end of the band in your uppermost hand with your arm straight in front of you and the slack taken off the band.
Lift your hips high and hold this position.
Then pull the band and bring your elbow backwards.
Straighten your arm back to the starting position and repeat.
