Stand facing a worktop with your hands or fingertips resting gently on the surface.
Try to stand as tall as you can with your head held high.
When ready, remove your hands from the worktop and keep your balance.
Keep your toes facing towards the worktop and take steps to one side along the worktop.
When the worktop ends stop for a moment and check that your feet are still pointing straight forwards towards the worktop.
Return to the starting position taking side steps leading with the other leg.
