Sidelying hip adduction and knee flexion

Lie on your side. Bring your top leg towards your chest and let it rest on a pillow.

Lift your bottom leg up keeping it in line with your body. Bend the knee of that same leg bringing the heel towards the buttock, then straighten the knee. In a controlled manner return to starting position.
