Sidelying Shoulder External Rotation with Exercise Band
Lie on your side on an exercise band.
Place a folded towel between your upper arm and side.
Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and hold the other end of the exercise band.
Slightly squeeze your elbow against the towel.
Rotate your hand upwards and in a controlled manner let the hand return to the starting position.
Required equipment: Pillow, Towel, Mat, Resistance band
